§1. Postanowienia ogólne

  1. Organizatorem konkursu (dalej „Konkurs") jest pruciak.eu Paweł Pruciak, ul. Pańki 5d, 16-070 Choroszcz, NIP: 9661931295, e-mail: pawel@pruciak.eu (dalej „Organizator").
  2. Konkurs odbywa się na czterech profilach firmowych Organizatora: Facebook Protector, Facebook Pruciak Custom Knives, Instagram @pruciak_protector oraz Instagram @pruciak_custom_knives.
  3. Niniejszy Regulamin jest dostępny pod adresem pruciak.eu/konkurs.html przed rozpoczęciem Konkursu i przez cały czas jego trwania.
  4. Udział w Konkursie oznacza akceptację Regulaminu w całości.
  5. Konkurs nie jest w żaden sposób sponsorowany, popierany, zarządzany ani związany z Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Meta Platforms nie ponosi żadnej odpowiedzialności z tytułu Konkursu. Wszelkie zapytania i reklamacje należy kierować wyłącznie do Organizatora.

§2. Czas trwania

  1. Konkurs rozpoczyna się z chwilą publikacji postu konkursowego przez Organizatora na którymkolwiek z profili firmowych, nie wcześniej niż 17 kwietnia 2026 r.
  2. Konkurs kończy się 21 kwietnia 2026 r. o godzinie 20:00 czasu środkowoeuropejskiego (CEST).
  3. Wyniki zostaną ogłoszone 22 kwietnia 2026 r. w formie komentarza pod zwycięskim zgłoszeniem oraz wiadomości prywatnej do Zwycięzcy.

§3. Warunki uczestnictwa

  1. W Konkursie może wziąć udział osoba fizyczna, która łącznie spełnia następujące warunki:
    • ukończyła 18 lat;
    • posiada aktywne konto na Facebooku lub Instagramie;
    • ma miejsce zamieszkania w kraju innym niż: Federacja Rosyjska, Republika Białorusi, okupowane terytoria Ukrainy (Krym, Doniecka Republika Ludowa, Ługańska Republika Ludowa), Islamska Republika Iranu, Koreańska Republika Ludowo-Demokratyczna, Syryjska Republika Arabska, Republika Związku Mjanmy (Birma), Chińska Republika Ludowa, Republika Indii.
  2. W Konkursie nie mogą brać udziału:
    • członkowie najbliższej rodziny Organizatora (małżonek, dzieci, rodzice, rodzeństwo);
    • osoby biorące udział w ocenie zgłoszeń (jury).
  3. Organizator zastrzega prawo do odmowy wydania Nagrody, jeżeli przepisy importowe kraju Uczestnika uniemożliwiają legalną wysyłkę Nagrody. W takim przypadku wybierany jest kolejny Zwycięzca zgodnie z kryteriami §5.

§4. Zasady Konkursu

  1. Aby wziąć udział w Konkursie, Uczestnik:
    • odwiedza stronę pruciak.eu;
    • zamieszcza pod postem konkursowym (na którymkolwiek z czterech profili firmowych Organizatora) komentarz zawierający:
      1. opis tego, co najbardziej mu się spodobało lub zaskoczyło go na stronie pruciak.eu;
      2. opcjonalnie (nieobowiązkowo): oznaczenie osoby, z którą Uczestnik chciałby wspólnie testować produkty Protector lub ustawiać noże na stojaku.
  2. Jeden Uczestnik może dodać tylko jedno zgłoszenie w ramach Konkursu (łącznie na wszystkich czterech profilach). W przypadku wielu zgłoszeń pod uwagę brane jest pierwsze.
  3. Udostępnianie postu konkursowego, polubienia oraz tagowanie innych osób nie są warunkiem udziału w Konkursie i nie wpływają na szansę wygranej.

§5. Jury i kryteria oceny

  1. Zwycięzcę wybiera Organizator przy udziale członków najbliższej rodziny (małżonka i dzieci). Decyzja Jury jest ostateczna i nie podlega odwołaniu.
  2. Kryteria oceny:
    • Autentyczność — szczerość i osobisty charakter wypowiedzi.
    • Konkretność — widoczne zapoznanie się z zawartością strony pruciak.eu, odwołanie do konkretnych elementów, produktów lub treści.
    • Oryginalność — sposób ujęcia wypowiedzi, nietypowe perspektywy, język.
  3. Jury nie ocenia liczby polubień, udostępnień ani zasięgu organicznego zgłoszenia.

§6. Nagroda

  1. Nagrodą w Konkursie jest jeden zestaw (dalej „Nagroda") o łącznej wartości 255 zł brutto, zawierający:
    • 7 preparatów pielęgnacyjnych z linii Protector (zestaw testowy);
    • chustkę z logo pruciak.eu;
    • metalową wizytówkę;
    • 2 naklejki pruciak.eu;
    • stojak na nóż w limitowanej wersji „moro".
  2. Nagroda nie podlega wymianie na ekwiwalent pieniężny ani na inne produkty.
  3. W Konkursie wyłaniany jest jeden (1) Zwycięzca.

§7. Wydanie Nagrody

  1. Zwycięzca zostanie powiadomiony komentarzem pod swoim zgłoszeniem oraz wiadomością prywatną w dniu ogłoszenia wyników.
  2. Zwycięzca w terminie 7 dni kalendarzowych od ogłoszenia wyników przekaże Organizatorowi drogą wiadomości prywatnej lub e-mail (pawel@pruciak.eu) dane niezbędne do wysyłki (imię, nazwisko, adres korespondencyjny, telefon kontaktowy).
  3. Wysyłka na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej — koszt pokrywa Organizator.
  4. Wysyłka poza terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej — koszt pokrywa Zwycięzca. Organizator przedstawi Zwycięzcy kalkulację kosztu wysyłki. Zwycięzca ma 3 dni kalendarzowe na akceptację kosztu i przekazanie środków w ustalonej formie. Brak akceptacji lub brak kontaktu ze strony Zwycięzcy w wyznaczonym terminie oznacza utratę prawa do Nagrody i uprawnia Organizatora do wyboru kolejnego Zwycięzcy.
  5. Ewentualne opłaty celne, podatkowe i importowe w kraju Zwycięzcy poza terytorium RP pokrywa Zwycięzca.
  6. Brak podania danych do wysyłki lub brak odbioru Nagrody w terminie 30 dni od ogłoszenia wyników oznacza utratę prawa do Nagrody.

§8. Podatek

  1. Zgodnie z art. 30 ust. 1 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 26 lipca 1991 r. o podatku dochodowym od osób fizycznych, Organizator jest płatnikiem 10% zryczałtowanego podatku dochodowego od wartości Nagrody.
  2. Organizator pokrywa należny podatek z własnych środków. Zwycięzca otrzymuje Nagrodę w pełnej wartości opisanej w §6. Zwycięzca nie ponosi żadnych kosztów podatkowych z tytułu otrzymania Nagrody.
  3. Organizator odprowadza podatek do właściwego urzędu skarbowego i składa roczną deklarację PIT-8AR w terminach przewidzianych prawem.

§9. Dane osobowe (RODO)

  1. Administratorem danych osobowych Uczestników jest pruciak.eu Paweł Pruciak, Pańki 5d, 16-070 Choroszcz, NIP: 9661931295, kontakt: pawel@pruciak.eu.
  2. Dane osobowe są przetwarzane na podstawie:
    • art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO — w celu realizacji Konkursu i wydania Nagrody;
    • art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO — w celu wykonania obowiązków podatkowych i archiwizacyjnych (dotyczy wyłącznie Zwycięzcy).
  3. Zakres przetwarzanych danych:
    • wszyscy Uczestnicy — nick / nazwa użytkownika widoczna publicznie w komentarzu;
    • Zwycięzca — imię, nazwisko, adres korespondencyjny, e-mail, telefon oraz dane wymagane do rozliczenia PIT-8AR.
  4. Okres przechowywania danych:
    • dane Uczestników niebędących Zwycięzcą — do 30 dni po zakończeniu Konkursu;
    • dane Zwycięzcy — do 5 lat od zakończenia roku podatkowego 2026 (obowiązek archiwizacji podatkowej).
  5. Uczestnikowi przysługuje prawo: dostępu do danych, sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych, wniesienia sprzeciwu oraz skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).
  6. Dane nie są przekazywane poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy i nie podlegają profilowaniu ani zautomatyzowanemu podejmowaniu decyzji.

§10. Reklamacje

  1. Reklamacje dotyczące przebiegu Konkursu można składać drogą elektroniczną na adres pawel@pruciak.eu w terminie 7 dni od dnia ogłoszenia wyników.
  2. Reklamacja powinna zawierać: dane Uczestnika (nick, dane kontaktowe), opis zastrzeżeń oraz żądanie.
  3. Organizator rozpatruje reklamacje w terminie 14 dni od dnia otrzymania.
  4. Powyższe nie wyłącza prawa Uczestnika do dochodzenia roszczeń przed sądem powszechnym.

§11. Postanowienia końcowe

  1. W sprawach nieuregulowanych Regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa polskiego, w szczególności Kodeksu cywilnego (art. 919–921 — przyrzeczenie publiczne) oraz ustawy o podatku dochodowym od osób fizycznych.
  2. Sądem właściwym do rozstrzygania sporów jest sąd powszechny właściwy miejscowo dla siedziby Organizatora.
  3. Organizator zastrzega prawo do zmiany Regulaminu z ważnych przyczyn, z zachowaniem praw nabytych Uczestników.
  4. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem 17 kwietnia 2026 r.

Konkurs nie jest w żaden sposób sponsorowany, popierany, zarządzany ani związany z Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Meta Platforms nie ponosi żadnej odpowiedzialności wobec Uczestników w związku z organizacją i przebiegiem Konkursu.

§1. General provisions

  1. The organizer of the contest (hereinafter "Contest") is pruciak.eu Paweł Pruciak, Pańki 5d, 16-070 Choroszcz, Poland, VAT ID: 9661931295, e-mail: pawel@pruciak.eu (hereinafter "Organizer").
  2. The Contest is held on four business profiles of the Organizer: Facebook Protector, Facebook Pruciak Custom Knives, Instagram @pruciak_protector, and Instagram @pruciak_custom_knives.
  3. These Rules are available at pruciak.eu/konkurs.html before the start of the Contest and throughout its duration.
  4. Participation in the Contest means acceptance of the Rules in full.
  5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Meta Platforms bears no responsibility for the Contest. All inquiries and complaints should be addressed exclusively to the Organizer.

§2. Duration

  1. The Contest begins upon publication of the contest post by the Organizer on any of the business profiles, no earlier than April 17, 2026.
  2. The Contest ends on April 21, 2026 at 20:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST).
  3. Results will be announced on April 22, 2026 via a comment under the winning entry and a private message to the Winner.

§3. Eligibility

  1. Participation in the Contest is open to a natural person who meets all of the following conditions:
    • is at least 18 years old;
    • holds an active Facebook or Instagram account;
    • resides in a country other than: the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, occupied territories of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic), the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar (Burma), the People's Republic of China, and the Republic of India.
  2. The following are excluded from participation:
    • immediate family members of the Organizer (spouse, children, parents, siblings);
    • members of the evaluation jury.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse prize delivery if import regulations in the Participant's country prevent lawful shipping of the Prize. In such case, a subsequent Winner will be selected in accordance with §5.

§4. Contest rules

  1. To participate, the Participant:
    • visits the website pruciak.eu;
    • posts a comment under the contest post (on any of the four business profiles of the Organizer) containing:
      1. a description of what they liked most or surprised them on pruciak.eu;
      2. optional (not required): tagging a person with whom the Participant would like to test Protector products or use the knife stand.
  2. One Participant may submit only one entry in the Contest (in total, across all four profiles). In case of multiple entries, the first one is considered.
  3. Sharing the contest post, likes, and tagging other persons are NOT conditions of participation and do not affect the chance of winning.

§5. Jury and evaluation criteria

  1. The Winner is selected by the Organizer with the participation of immediate family members (spouse and children). The Jury's decision is final and not subject to appeal.
  2. Evaluation criteria:
    • Authenticity — sincerity and personal character of the statement.
    • Specificity — visible familiarity with pruciak.eu content, reference to specific elements, products, or content.
    • Originality — approach, unusual perspectives, language.
  3. The Jury does not evaluate the number of likes, shares, or organic reach of the entry.

§6. Prize

  1. The prize in the Contest is one set (hereinafter "Prize") with a total value of PLN 255 gross, containing:
    • 7 care products from the Protector line (tester set);
    • a cloth with pruciak.eu logo;
    • a metal business card;
    • 2 pruciak.eu stickers;
    • a knife stand in a limited camouflage ("moro") edition.
  2. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  3. One (1) Winner is selected in the Contest.

§7. Prize delivery

  1. The Winner will be notified via a comment under their entry and a private message on the day of the results announcement.
  2. Within 7 calendar days from the results announcement, the Winner shall provide the Organizer — via private message or e-mail (pawel@pruciak.eu) — with the information necessary for shipping (full name, mailing address, contact phone).
  3. Shipping within the territory of the Republic of Poland — cost covered by the Organizer.
  4. Shipping outside the Republic of Poland — cost covered by the Winner. The Organizer will present the Winner with a shipping cost calculation. The Winner has 3 calendar days to accept the cost and transfer the funds in the agreed form. Failure to accept or failure of the Winner to respond within the specified deadline results in loss of the right to the Prize and entitles the Organizer to select a subsequent Winner.
  5. Any customs, tax, and import charges in the Winner's country outside the Republic of Poland are covered by the Winner.
  6. Failure to provide shipping data or failure to collect the Prize within 30 days of the results announcement results in loss of the right to the Prize.

§8. Tax

  1. In accordance with Art. 30 sec. 1 item 2 of the Polish Personal Income Tax Act of July 26, 1991, the Organizer is the payer of the 10% flat-rate income tax on the value of the Prize.
  2. The Organizer covers the applicable tax from its own funds. The Winner receives the Prize in the full value described in §6. The Winner bears no tax costs in connection with receiving the Prize.
  3. The Organizer remits the tax to the competent tax office and submits the annual PIT-8AR declaration within the legally prescribed deadlines.

§9. Personal data (GDPR)

  1. The controller of Participants' personal data is pruciak.eu Paweł Pruciak, Pańki 5d, 16-070 Choroszcz, Poland, VAT ID: 9661931295, contact: pawel@pruciak.eu.
  2. Personal data is processed on the basis of:
    • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — for the performance of the Contest and delivery of the Prize;
    • Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — for the fulfillment of tax and archiving obligations (Winner only).
  3. Scope of processed data:
    • all Participants — nickname/username publicly visible in the comment;
    • Winner — full name, mailing address, e-mail, phone, and data required for PIT-8AR.
  4. Retention period:
    • non-Winner Participants — up to 30 days after the end of the Contest;
    • Winner — up to 5 years from the end of the 2026 tax year (tax archiving obligation).
  5. Participants have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
  6. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area and is not subject to profiling or automated decision-making.

§10. Complaints

  1. Complaints concerning the conduct of the Contest may be submitted electronically to pawel@pruciak.eu within 7 days of the results announcement.
  2. A complaint should contain: the Participant's data (nickname, contact details), description of concerns, and request.
  3. The Organizer processes complaints within 14 days of receipt.
  4. The above does not exclude the Participant's right to pursue claims before a common court.

§11. Final provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these Rules, Polish law applies, in particular the Polish Civil Code (Art. 919–921 — public promise) and the Personal Income Tax Act.
  2. The court competent to resolve disputes is the common court having local jurisdiction over the Organizer's registered office.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules for important reasons, while respecting acquired rights of Participants.
  4. These Rules come into force on April 17, 2026.
